No. Sessions reset weekly to maintain consistency.

Yes. All memberships include nutrition coaching support and free access to all nutrition sessions held at Lifetime.

Do I need to count sessions?
No. You’re enrolled in a weekly training structure based on your membership tier.

Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are held in your home, home gym, or private gym depending on location and availability.

How does billing work?
Billing is automatic and recurring monthly on the same date.

Scheduling & Structure Training sessions occur within designated morning availability Memberships include up to a set number of sessions per week Sessions reset weekly — unused sessions do not roll over Sessions begin and end on time Billing All memberships are billed as monthly recurring subscriptions Billing occurs automatically on the same date each month Payments are non-refundable once billed Cancellations & Changes Same-day cancellations are not permitted Schedule changes require advance notice and availability Missed sessions are not credited or refunded Coaching Scope Memberships include private training, behavior change coaching, and nutrition education support Clients receive discounted entry to all nutrition sessions held at Lifetime, when applicable This structure allows for consistent progress, predictable scheduling, and a premium coaching experience.
