I created Glow Wellness Collective because living a healthy, empowered life isn’t always easy — but it becomes so much more meaningful when you’re surrounded by people who are striving right alongside you. My goal was to build a space where wellness, friendship, accountability, and genuine support are at the center of everything. A place where you can walk in and immediately feel that you belong.
Glow is more than a class. It’s a collective of people showing up for themselves and each other.
About Allison & The Heart Behind Glow Wellness Collective
Glow Wellness Collective was born from a simple truth I’ve learned over the last 15 years as a coach: people thrive when they feel supported, seen, and connected.
I’ve spent my entire adult life in the fitness industry — teaching cycling on my college campus in 2010, coaching in major gyms across multiple cities, training clients one-on-one, and leading teams inside some of the most well-known fitness brands. Through all of those experiences, one thing remained constant: I love coaching people, and I love building community.
On a personal level, I’m also pushing myself to grow in new ways. I’m on my own journey to become a fitness model and compete in bodybuilding, challenging myself to reach my full potential as an athlete. I share this openly because I want my clients to see that transformation — whether physical, mental, or emotional — is an ongoing, courageous journey. When I grow, I get to lead from experience, and that allows me to support my community in a deeper way.
